Knowing the GI value of food and following a low GI diet are useful in fighting the obesity and lowering risk of diabetes, coronary heart disease and age related macular degeneration. The application contains no ads. There is no need to register or login anywhere to use it. All user data are saved in the device. We wish you health. The food table available in the application can be filtered out by GI levels and by favorite foods. You can set preferred foods as favourite to quickly check their glycemic index. The app's main screen contains a list of foods and their corresponding GI values displayed at the right. The table can be scroll up and down to help in location of foods or you can search through it by using the text field above the list. If you need a missing food in the list and you know its GI value, you can add it easily. This is our first mobile application. We have been doing our best to make it perfect.
