Zombie Nation or Samurai Zombie Nation as the in-game title screen calls it, is a 1990 NES action game developed by KAZe and published by Meldac. It was first released in Japan in December 14, 1990 under the title Abarenbou Tengu Abarenbo Tengu?, lit. Hooligan Tengu, before being released later in the states on January 1990. This game is known for its strange juxtaposition of zombies and samurai. In Zombie Nation, the floating samurai head, Namakubi, goes to the United States to destroy Darc.
The terrible hooligan is back at the stadium! Together with his friends he wants to challenge the police and to break off the match. Use all your skill to avoid the breaking off: let Ivan fall from the net throwing on him three nice objects with incredibly realistic effects! According to the strength and the direction which you will impart, the object will follow a different trajectory: it will be like using your hand! You have one minute to avoid the breaking off.
Take aim at the referee and at the right moment, throw whatever is on hand. Score points with direct hits. Run around the field in your birthday suit and avoid getting busted by the cops. The longer you stay on the field, the more you score. Gang up against the opposing team supporters and knock them down with missiles. Three knocks each and they are out for the count.
