- 1 . How can I upload a file on MOBANGO?
- This process is called "uploading". In order to upload a file follow these steps: 1. Click on the link "upload", found in the left vertical column. 2. Click on "browse" to select the file to upload. Find the file you want from your desktop, select it and click "open". Write a description, select the appropriate category and subcategory, and choose whether to make it private or public and whether or not you want to notify your friends by email. Then click "Upload". It could take a few minutes to complete the uploading, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection. 3. Send: Once your files are uploaded, they are ready to be customized and sent to your cell phone and to the cell phones of your friends!

- 2 . Which types of files or file extensions can be uploaded on MOBANGO?
- Usually you may upload any kind of file, but please verify, when sending to a cell phone, the compatibility of the files with the receiving cell phone. The file size accepted by MOBANGO depends on the type of the file. .bmp, .png, .wbmp, .tiff, .jpeg and .gif Image files are accepted up to 6 Mbs, for .3gp,.rm,.wmv,.mpg,.mpeg,.avi,.mp4 video file are accepted up to 10 Mbs, for .sys and .jar files, the maximum size accepted is 1 Mbs, while for all other types of files the maximum size accepted is 0,5 Mbs. Do not upload in public areas files protected by Copyright or other intellectual Property laws, or for which you do not have sufficient rights.

- 3 . Will my files be modified by MOBANGO?
- MOBANGO may modify the files during the uploading process to optimize delivery to the cell phones. When possible and suitable, the files are kept in the original size and format. For photos, images and wallpaper (.bmp, .png, .wbmp, .tiff, .jpeg and .gif) maximum size during uploading is 6 Mbs, but once uploaded those files are optimized to not exceed 0.5 Mbs.

- 4 . What is a file compatible with cell phones?
- Each cell phone has different compatibilities, depending on the files it can manage. While the new cell phones, or "smart phones" can manage even photos and video (and associated files), other cell phones can only manage basic text messages (so-called sms). MOBANGO is a community dedicated to the exchange of personal content for all cell phones, therefore MOBANGO automatically controls the type of file the users are uploading: this helps to filter content and files with extensions that are not compatible with the greater majority of cell phones.
