- 1 . Why do I get an "Invalid Password" or "Invalid Code" error message?
- There are several reasons why your password or your code may not work. Verify the following possibilities: - Make sure you are trying to access the selected account, and that you are entering the correct password. - Make sure that you are using the correct Username when signing in to your account. - If you cannot remember your username or password go to "forgot your password?".

- 2 . Can I modify the data I enter during the registration process?
- Yes, you may modify everything except your username. Follow these steps: - Access your MOBANGO account, with your username and password. - Click on the My profile link in the left column. - After updating your data, click on modify to effect the changes.

- 3 . Can I change my password?
- Yes. Go to my profile page, access it with your username and password and: - enter the new password into the appropriate box; - confirm your new password into the following box; - and click on Modify. Important: It will take few minutes to make the changes, effective therefore we advise you to wait few minutes before accessing your account with your new password.

- 4 . I forgot my MOBANGO Username?
- If you forget your MOBANGO Username, you need to re-enter the email address you provided during the registration process We will email your correct username to you.

- 5 . I forgot my MOBANGO password?
- If you forget your password or your password doesn't work, you can easily request it. Enter the username you provided at registration and your Password will be sent to you at the email you entered during registration.

- 6 . What does "Remember my login"mean?
- For your convenience, we can keep your Username active in your browser until you sign out explicitly. We would still ask you to confirm your Username and password to access MOBANGO after you close your browser or after a period of inactivity. When shouldn't I select this option? If you are using a shared Desktop (internet cafe, office, university...) and you think other people may acidently see your MOBANGO personal files, we would then advise you not to check this box Memorize my login on this Desktop. Be sure to log out completely by clicking on Logout, when you finish your session. MOBANGO will then ask you for your login information when you come back to your personal services.

- 7 . Can I change my MOBANGO Username?
- We are sorry, it is not possible to change your MOBANGO Username. If you want a different username, you need to create a new MOBANGO account.
