- 1 . How can I get a MOBANGO account?
- Signing up with MOBANGO is absolutely free. If you don’t have a MOBANGO Username, you can create one on the registration page. Once registered, you can immediately access the various array of MOBANGO free services.

- 2 . How do I register?
- In order to register and immediately use your personalised MOBANGO services, just follow the on-screen instructions on the ACCESS page. During the registration process you can choose your MOBANGO username and a password. To complete the registration you will be asked a few additional questions. That is: 1. valid email address (NEEDED TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT) 2. Year of Birth 3. ZIP (postal code) 4. Country 5. Cell phone number and wireless carrier (NEEDED TO RECEIVE SERVICES AND CONTENT ON YOUR CELL PHONE) Valid Characters for Username are letters, numbers, “_”underscores.

- 3 . Can I enter a wrong data when I register?
- It is important that you enter your correct mobile's details during the registration process in order to be able to receive mobile content directly to your cell phone. After receiving confirmation of your identity, we will confirm your user name and your password via email to the email address you provided in registration process.

- 4 . Why do I have to provide my email address?
- Because we will use this address to send you the link to activate your account If you enter any of this information incorrectly or forget what you have entered we will not be able to send your username or password.

- 5 . I have problems visualizing the number in the box?
- At the end of the registration process, MOBANGO asks you to re-enter the number you see in a box: this step helps MOBANGO prevent automated registrations. We can therefore provide a faster and more efficient service. If you cannot see anything in the box, verify your browser settings, and try again.
